Payments for technicians and field services

When the job is done, the technician sends a payment link or shows a QR code and the customer pays on the spot, from their own phone.

Repairs, installations and maintenance visits often end with the question of how to get paid: cash, a bank transfer later or a reminder. With Findos Pay the payment happens where the work was done: the customer sees the job and the amount on their phone, chooses a method and approves.

Two ways to pay

  • Payment link after the job. Sent by SMS, email or message, with the job reference and the amount.
  • QR on site. The technician shows a QR code for the job and the customer pays before they leave.

How it works

  1. The job is completed and the amount is known.
  2. The technician sends a payment link or shows a QR code.
  3. The customer checks the job and the amount, chooses a method and approves.
  4. The confirmation comes from the payment provider.

Where it fits

  • Technicians and installers.
  • Repair and maintenance crews.
  • Professionals who visit homes and businesses.
